I (re-) discovered this little place the other day as I made a small detour on my way home to catch the sunset. Have I told you yet how much I LOVE the sun?!!
I knew instantly the images I wanted to capture, and so set about finding my ‘models’. I don’t usually need to look very far, as was the case yesterday. These are just a couple of the handsome guys in my life – my husband Jason, and our youngest son Darcy.
I love the vintage feel of this shoot and fortunately, Jason’s outfit that we got him for an upcoming wedding was PERFECT!
One of the unexpected effects of knowing we are leaving this town soon is seeing it with fresh eyes. It really is beautiful. There will be things that I miss naturally, and so I hope to capture them in creative ways before we go.
